Over time all electrical installations deteriorate with use and age, poorly maintained electrical installations can at times be fatal. Carrying out an “Electrical installation condition report” or EICR is like carrying out an MOT on your home or business premises keeping you aware of the state/standard of your electrical installation.
Many insurance companies/councils/letting agents now demand a safety inspection on the electrical installation and as a duty of care EICRs should be regularly carried out.
Our engineers are fully trained City and Guilds Approved Electricians with current BS:EN7671, 18th Edition training.
Our Engineers have also achieved the City and Guilds 2391 inspection and testing qualifications to supplement their high level of training so you can be rest assured that your installation gets tested correctly and any issues are found and reported.
