We are Part P registered through the NICEIC’s Approved Contractor Scheme so we are able to notify building control of all works completed by us.

What is Part P?

Part P forms part of the Building Regulations. The principle of the Building Regulations is to ensure that consistent standards are applied to the construction of buildings including its structure, fire safety, sound insulation, drainage, ventilation and electrical safety, which is a mandatory obligation which many fail to adhere to causing problems for the customer later on when signing off building works or selling the property.

Our engineers are trained to the very highest standards and have extensive experience in all types of electrical projects. All work is carried out to the current IET regulations and certified correctly.
